SULPHUR DYES

Sulphur dyes are mainly used for dyeing cotton and regenerated cellulose, such as yarn, piece goods and garment. Except for the poor resistance to chlorinated water, sulphur dyes also have good dyeing build-up property and comprehensive fastness, especially excellent light fastness and perspiration fastness. Sulphur dyes have typical dull shades which are required by the denim industry.

On account of their simplicity in application,comparatively low price,good levelling & medium fastness properties.

They are extensively used to dye all types of Cellulosic Fibers and its blends by exhaustion and padding dyeing methods ,our direct dye are excellent for exhaustion dyeing of Cellulosic Fibers.

According to the evaluation about levelling property of direct dyes by S.D.C,our direct dyes ware classified into the following three groups.

A:Self-levelling dyes

Self-levelling dyestuff;Good migration and levelling power.

B: Salt controllable dyes

Dyestuffs which are not self-levelling;Levelling is controlled by addition of salt in portions.

C:Temperature-controllable dyes

Dyestuffs which are not self-levelling;Levelling and absorption are controlled by means of regulated temperature increased and salt addition in portions.
